Step 2.

Complete training for the Lifeline Program and the CGM Customer Enrollment Software. Training is MANDATORY for all Independent Agents of TruConnect Direct. This training must be completed in its entirety and the test successfully passed before customers can be enrolled.
Upon completing the MANDATORY training, TruConnect Direct will send your CGM Credentials to the email address in your profile. Please allow 24-48 hours after completing the training to receive these credentials. If you have any questions, contact Agent Support at agentsupport@truconnectdirect.com for additional information.
The videos located on this page are to assist you in learning more about how to use your replicated website, manage your downline, enroll new Independent Agents and track your commissions and eligibility. We encourage you to use these materials to make you more effective and to maximize your earning potential while adhering to the necessary guidelines for promoting TruConnect Direct products.

Step 3
After you complete training you will receive CGM credentials separately for both Texas and California. 
You will also receive separate email to set up new password.
Set up new password and save for future use.

Go out and start distributing free phones. Always go through the resources section to learn about the business and be successful.
